IdeaInsight provides AI-assisted analysis of business ideas, a set of free interactive calculators, and educational articles. The Service generates structured feedback and estimates intended to help you think through a business idea. The Service does not perform due diligence, does not validate the accuracy of your inputs, and does not predict the success or failure of any venture.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You retain ownership of the business ideas and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it for the purpose of operating the Service and providing your results and history. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content and that it does not contain confidential information you are not permitted to share. 6. Intellectual Property
